2009 Resolutions!
新年新愿望！你的目标是什么呢？今年打算计划一下。。。希望可以充实生活，改善生活。
一直觉得最重要的莫过于健康快乐。如果你年纪很小，或许你不了解其中的重要性。it took me a while to realise its importance too. 但是如果你已超过20岁，且经历了人生中足以改变你的重大事件，那么相信你的想法不会离我的甚远。
1) finish my salsa beginner 2 course and embark on my salsa intermediate and complete salsa intermediate 1 by end of the year.
2) time to learn some dishes...人总要吃的嘛。learn some simple ones bah. juz to ensure i master the basic skills and continue from there...
3) have a higher EQ...不要再得罪人了。
4) improve on my acting skills. (p.s. this has nth to do wif no. 3. haha!) i've acted in tv series 《小孩不笨》，电影《鬼啊鬼啊》，电影《大喜事》，广播剧 《名牌女郎》and 广播剧《215的约定》。and i'm sure i can do a good job in this area. hope i can 发挥 more in 2009! one way to brush up my acting skills is to watch more good acting！《溏心风暴之家好月圆》，here i come!
5) be happier! i wanna wake up everyday feeling positive!
6) be healthier! which means more exercise and i wanna build up my strength and stamina. any suggestions how to do this??
will add on whenever i thk of more. tell me abt urs k?? then we can remind one another from time to time that we shld stick to our goals! ganbatte ne!

For your resolutions:
2. Can trying cooking simple stuff like fried rice, fried bee hoon, vegetables lor..
3. U de zhui a lot of pple meh? haha. but the fact is that u can't please everyone la.. for the many pple whu like u, there are probably as many whu doesnt.
5. How happy your life is depends on your own perception bah.. i have frens whu are very negative N whiny. there's a chinese saying called zhi zu chang le. hehe
6. try doing short runs or skipping lor. or sit ups while watching tv.. hehe.. eat healthier food.. haha
okie.. gotta go back to work liao.. oh yeah.. where can i get an update of your appearances? i cant tune in to 933 all the time.. haha..
heheh your resolutions are pretty unique =D learn how to cook ;) anyway, staying happy is one of my resolution too =) cause no matter happy or sad, a day has to past.. so why not live happily everyday :D anyway, Happy New Year!! may 2009 be an awesome year for you! all the best ^.^

For your 2nd resolution, I think u can start off by learning how to make pastries such as cookies,cakes etc. By learning how to make this simple stuffs, u will enjoy more of cooking!=) Haha maybe u can learn from peifen too!
《溏心风暴之家好月圆》is really a nice show! must watch lol!=)Anyway I am sure u can further develop in this acting area one! Don't give up!
If u don't exercise that frequent, maybe u can start off by doing some light exercises like going to the gym for workout! (i feel that exercise will be more fun when u do it with a companion) So call some of ur close frenz to exercise with you, u will enjoy more!=) Next, have more fruits and vegetables, have a healthy diet! Haha heard on air that u dun really like to to eat vege & fruits is it?
Ya agree with u... stay happy and and healthy always, that is the most important things in life!
Anyway, for my resolution, it's quite simple - to achieve excellent academic results and continue attending my piano course!
Same with you, have higher EQ... think for others (especially in other's people shoes)
Start my swimming course again...to aim for the Gold medal cert (coz currently stop at Silver only!=) Last but not least, shower my "special one" with more care & concern!

hi everyone, thanks for e suggestions...yup, will begin wif simple dishes first of cos...but hehe...i'm not interested in making pastries...i'm more interested in proper food that fills the stomach and provides sufficient nutrition. 3菜1汤style. u can't survive 3 meals a day on snacks. right? hehe...i'm more of a practical person lah...=P

Build up stamina, can try running.
for example, 1km in like x mins. slowly increase the running distance within the x mins. sure can build up stamina.
Strength training, try weights.
new year's resolution, to get married... haha
Hi Jiahui,you do have some unique reslutions and good to know that you are interested to learn how to cook as gals now don't really like the kitchen maybe I can share some of my si fang cai with you some day. hehe.
I lost 2 friends on New Year Day and it changes my prospective of life completely and of course my '09 resolutions, i wish all my love ones and friends stay healthy and happy always. 2) cherish whatever I have now before it's too late etc.
