Hi Jiahui, you will have to completely disable the comments feature in order to prevent this matter fro happening...
Change to wordpress.com? it has anti spam feature.. or you could enable captcha validation, I didn't see it enabled with I'm posting this comment.. I think captcha validation can be switched on in blogger..
You can follow Will T advise, or you can select the option under the comment setting to choose to approve the comment added. =) hope it helps!

You didn't switch on captcha? It's very good against spam.
To switch it on go to Settings -> Comments -> Show word verification for comments?
Turn this on.
Under who can comment. Don't put anyone, it will give permission to a lot of spammers.. Use at least Registered Users - includes OpenID option. Don't worry that users do not have accounts, most of the people now at least has a google account..

Hi Jiahui,regarding the Anonymous guy do not accept or go to the website.For that website once you click got virus.Once you go the virus will just enter your computer.It is trojan which will conpletely slow down your computer and spoilt it.
